Farmall 350 will run great but when you put it under a load and keep it there without letting her rev back up she will kill. It will start right back up and run great till you put it under a load again and it will do the same thing.
It has the electronic ignition
the load is not a extra heavy load just normal
gas runs out of bottom of carb with good flow
Thanks in advance

When my A did that I changed the plugs and it ran great.

The governor probably needs attention. Sounds like it's not adding fuel when under load. Perhaps the governor rod isn't even connected? Might take a look.

Try adjusting the carb; open the load screw 1/2 - 1 turn & try again.
Enclosed is a basic guide to carb adjustment on the H & M series carbs; the 350 may be different.

High-speed mixture screw set at 3 turns out, idle air screw set at 1 1/2 turns out.
Start the engine & warm it up in NEUTRAL and BRAKES LOCKED. Run at WOT (wide open throttle) and turn the high-speed adjusting screw in & out to find the "sweet spot" where the engine runs its fastest & smoothest. Turn this high-speed screw out an extra 1/2--3/4 turn for power. Idle the engine down & set the idle rpm's. Now turn the idle air screw in to richen, out to lean so the idle is smoothest (this is an AIR adjusting screw so works opposite of the main fuel screw on the bottom of the carb). Re-adjust the idle rpm's. Repeat the carb adjusting procedure another time to be sure all mixtures are correct.
