Power wise it should be fine but unless it has a PTO reduction unit the PTO shaft will run too fast and in the wrong rotation.

You can get a pump that runs the right direction and speed that will work on the Low Boy so why not use it for your splitter. Browning will have the correct spline to fit on the Cub

Standard PTO runs 540 RPM clockwise.

Cub Loboy PTO runs at engine RPM counter-clockwise.

Reducer/reversers are rare and expensive.

Could you make it work? Sure. Is it practical? Not really.

If you have another tractor you would be money ahead using it even if it is much larger. You can buy a lot of fuel for what it will cost to adapt the Cub Loboy.

thanks guys, Has a pulley on the shaft to run woods mower now will check diameter of pulley to run a pump off a gas powered spiliter

If you put a pulley on the pump that's 1/2 the size of the mower pulley, that should be just about right.

IIRC a "Briggs" engine runs at 3600RPM wide open.
