got new to me 200 running ,with carter carb. idle screw does nothing all way in and all the way out ,took it out , still no difference in idle...throttle all the way back or forward,,,idle same,,only changes when i move hydralics,,,decreases...how do you know if gov is ok..thanks for input......dewy
