You can take it to a radiator shop and have it cleaned in their acid tank, or if it just has a tar like substance from old dried up gas, I have had good luck using a hot water high pressure washer. Such as a Hotsy.

Fresh gasoline will do a pretty good job. E10 will do it quicker, and E85 will be the best.
