Glow plugs

Do yall put anything on the treads when installing glow plugs? I pulled mine on my 560 and will re-install tomorrow.

I use anti sieze also. Another thing, notice that the glow plug seals the combustion on the tapered seat at the lower end and not in the threads. The bore inside nozzle holder should be cleaned and plug should freely screw in to seal properly. I find some where carbon has filled that cavity due to glow plug not seating properly.
