What are sources of water in the oil BD154 B414 diesel?

I have a BD154 like what is used in a B414 in a 3444
payloader. Before pulling the head I noticed
antifreeze in the oil, I drained it. Thinking the
head was cracked and finding the exhaust valves were
badly rusted I replaced the cylinder head. I now
find antifreeze in the oil again after filling it, I
have not started it yet. question where is the
source of the water in the oil, I can"t find a
picture of the coolant flow, could it be cylinder
sleeves?

So does the sleeve crack or is it the o-ring? Is there anywhat to confirm the block is not cracked?

I have not worked on an engine like this before, I assume drop the pan, pull the head again and remove the sleeves, what is the tool or trick to get them out?

Hi, top up coolant, drop the oil pan, let it sit over night and look up at bottom of cylinders and see if there are any green coolant drops. You may have to pressurize the rad to get it to leak. Years ago we had a BD-154 that was leaking to outside of block at the head gasket. Dad loosened rad cap so the pressure was released and we used it the rest of that summer until we were finished haying and then changed head gasket.

Hope this helps

what is the tool or trick to remove the sleeves? it it resonable to put new sleeves and seals and reuse the old pistons, rings and bearings if they are ok? I have to do this in the loader
