1967 through 1971. See serial numbers to the left to date it. Is the hydraulic system filled with Hytran? Does it steer? Jim

Hytran is IH brand Tractor Hydraulic Transmission fluid. I was referring to the level, not the type. Jim

Hi, there is an isolator valve at the right front of the seat that turns off 3 pt and diverts to remote hydraulic outlet if one is installed. The valve at left front of seat is push in and turn to reduce hydraulic flow to 3 pt from 6 to 3 gpm. Fluid level can be checked by large pipe plug behind the seat on top of hydraulic housing. Correct level is when you look in the hole there is a shelf visible and fluid should be above shelf.

There is a plug on the right rear section, right of the middle link, oil is about 3" below the top, cold.is this the correct place.

The diverter valve is installed on this tractor. When I turn it the three point does not raise, probably going to pull the plate off that is under the seat. When fluid is diverted to the remotes and you move the remote lever you can here pressure build and rpm drops. Nothing with the three point hitch. I think some linkage is disconnected in side. Thank you for your help.
