Correct 2pt plow for a 200

I know the correct plow for a SC is the C20 and the correct plow for a 240 is the 211. Is there something in between these two that would be correct vintage for 1955-56 and go on a Farmall 200. I'm thinking about adding this to my 100HC when I get the 2 pt hitch installed.

Hi Jeff, I assume you found a 2 pt for your 100HC then ? Good for you, those hitches definitely aren`t growing on tree`s. Just an FYI, you make the same assumption that I did in that a 211 was meant for a 240. I have a couple 211 plows for my Farmall 240 and they work on it, but 2 different pieces of IH literature(IH Product Catalog and a "Implement Used For" brochure)that I have both say the 211 & 311 are meant for the 340 and the 209 was actually the recommended plow for the 240. The C10(1 bottom), C20 or C22(Canadian 2 bottom) were the choices out there when the Farmall 200 was built. The 209 plow came out, I think about the time the 230`s were made. That being said, and not meaning to rain on your parade here, but, none of the plows I`ve mentioned will actually function on the 100 HC. It will be hard to even get it hooked up. The 2 pt on the HC tractors is so much higher than a normal fast hitch on a SC or 200, that you can`t get the hitch to lower far enough to even hook it up. One of the few fast hitch items I can use on my 140 HC is the platform carrier and even that I have to physically lift up on the back to hook it up. Like I said, not trying to be discouraging, but preparing you for what you`ll find. Still fun to have the 2 pt hitch on the HC, but think you`d be better off trying to find a 2 pt. hipper from down south in cane country to dress it up. Good luck.

Yes, Mark, I did find a gent in LA that has one on a SAV that he is willing to part with. If all goes well, he may have a 130HC with the 2pt also for sale in the future that I can get a shot at. That would be a cool pair of tractors to have at the booth next year at RPRU.
I"m glad you gave me a heads up on the height issue. I was going to ask you if you thought a plow would latch up and be able to operate on the HC. Sounds like my possible play toy at the local plow day might not come to fruition with the HC"s. Your Hipper sure looks sweet so, I may go that route. A nice static display might also be a 2pt, 2 row cultivator on the back too up here in row crop country. THANKS for the great info.
