Trying to pull a sleeve-4.125 id, what od? (400)

Can someone verify what the outside diameter of the sleeve is? I thought that the out side diameter of my sleeve was 4.375, so I made the puller with the id. at 4.122 and the od. at 4.35. It fits nicely in the sleeve, but the sleeve is not willing to move yet. I do not wish to break something first and regret it later.
Thank you

The sleeve is only .062 thick. Think 1/16 inch thick, double that you get .125 so bore in block is 4.250. Yup, don't pull any more on that puller.

SDE, do you have a welder ? If you do weld a bead on the inside of sleave. About a two inches. Let the sleave (weld bead) cool and you'll be able to remove the sleave almost by hand. Because a the weld cools it shrinks the sleave loosening the sleave away from the block. I'm getting ready to remove sleaves from the same tractor in a few days. That's my plan and others have done it with good results from this site too !!

I totally believe you. BUT, I read where someone wanted to run pistons in the block without the sleeves and the answer was that the block would accept 4.375 pistons. I will machine the puller down to 4.22.
Thank you VERY very much
