F20 loosing power

Hey guys. I have a f20 that I have been bush hogging with and it was running good and now I will be running and it will just loose all power and shoot a flame and sparks out of the stack. It will ideal all day but when it's under any little load it looses all power and won't hardly move it own self. any ideas on what that might be? Timing or something?

I was messing with it tonight and if it's sitting in the barn and you run it full throttle it will run about 3 minutes and then choke out and shoot a flame out and start to die, but if you idle it down right away it will save it's self and stay running.

Plugged up fuel line, or sediment bowl. Clean it all out, I bet it will plow only a small trickle of fuel. Jim

Yeah I took off the fuel line and I am getting good flow from the line to the carb. Yes I do beleave the fuel cap is vented but I will make sure to look at that.
