correct magneto

does anyone know what the correct magneto came on a 1940 Farmall B. the one i have on it now is a Fairbanks Morse.

The factory one would have been an IH mag. Do not know what the number is but I have one out in my shop

Never have tried to get spark out of it since it came off a non-running tractor. It could be good but I know for sure it needs points but other then that I have no clue how good it maybe
