Super a stored about ten years. Freshen up all wiring, fuel and mostly external. Started right up, no oil pressure. Removed new gauge and ran,no oil pressure. Full of oil. Anything obvious I am missing.

I wouldn't run the engine until you find the problem. The oil line may be plugged, I would
look for a pipe plug into the oil gallery and install the pressure gauge there. Just use the starter to spin the engine over to see if there's pressure on the gauge. If there's no pressure I would pull the oil pan & pump. The relief valve maybe stuck open. Hal

I'm with eltoro, no more running til you find the problem, especially with an engine that has been sitting.
Get a hand crank, take the plugs out, take the oil pressure gauge right off. Don't start it again until you can get oil puking out the gauge hole by hand cranking.
I'd just pull the pan, probably needs cleaning anyway.
possible causes with pan off,

oil pump bottom plate gasket blown out completely.
completely plugged screen.
intake pipe broken or detached.
and not likely, but I just had one.....oil pump or cam oil pump drive gear teeth sheared off. (mine was the cam gear teeth sheared off)
Pulling the oil pump and after repairs, sticking it in a pan of oil and turning the gear...ok it works.
on to other places, now I KNOW the pump works.

It is oiling on top, could it be the oil passage to the guage is stopped up. Maybe a short shot of air would help.
If it has copper tubing for a pressure line I would blow air through it. It may have sludge blocking the oil pressure. It should pump oil
out of the tubing once you blow the tubing. It should pump out oil just using the starter. Did you change the filter? Here's the Farmall A I restored in 1975. It was in sad shape when I bought it. Needed fenders, tires, rims, steering wheel, seat and wiring. The engine was
also stuck and I rebuilt the engine with a new sleeve kit. I paid $100.00 for the tractor and the 16-inch moldboard plow. It plowed the garden

Super A. I hope mine turns out half that nice. I maybe getting a bit ahead of myself here. I have not installed the radiator yet and only run the tractor for a few seconds each time. I did flush out the engine with cleaning fluid, varsol to hopefully remove all the sludge. I removed the pan and sprayed everthing the best I could. I put a new filter and guage on the tractor. I may not have run the tractor long enough to fill the filter bowl. I just did not know how long it takes to fill the filter, or does it pick up pressure before the bowl is full.

There should be pipe plugs around that oil filter.
I would install the oil gauge there for the time being to see if there's oil pressure, you may need a pipe reducing bushing in order to install the gauge. Most of the gauges are 1/8 pipe threads. We used a lot of gauges at work when I worked for the US government. We tested all the
vehicles for the US Army. Some were the M1A1 Abrams Tank, Bradley Fighting Vehicle, M60 Tank
and we ran drawbar pull and cooling tests on just about everything. I was even drafted in 1953 and was rehired after I was discharged. Hal
