Cub fuel line

Hello. I just converted my standard Cub from vertical exhaust to horizontal exhaust and replaced the rubber fuel line and lawn mower gas filter with the correct sediment bowl and metal fuel line. I don't have a lot of clearance between the fuel line and exhaust pipe, maybe about 1/2 inch or less. Can someone post a picture of the way it should look. Thanks, Mike.

Insulate the tube with a split silicon rubber hose wrapped with aluminum tape. Only a few inches needed and all is well. Place the line as far as it can be from the exhaust pipe. Jim

I would use a flex braided metal fuel line. Take the old gas line along so you get the correct tube fitting nuts that are probably inverted flare nuts. Hal
