Anyone know the size nut for keeping the belt pulley on an F-20? Hoping to get the right nut the first time at the hardware store and my eyes aren't usually calibrated for that task. . .

Thanks,

Dan

Are you going to put the original castlenut type on it? It may not matter if you don't use the belt pulley after reassembly. The original nut had a cotter pin through it. I don't know the nut size off the top of my head...

I'm thinking it is 1".take a tape measure and measure the shaft.Count threads per inch. But I'm pretty sure they're fine threads.

Ditto on the 1 inch fine-thread castlenut.

If you want an original one, sometimes they are available on flea-bay.

F-Dean, My email is in my profile for doehmke - can you get to that? I tried finding your email in the memberlist but it came up blank.
