c-153 question

I've been told you can swap a c153 into a c is this true and what did they come in?

If the 153 engine came from a swather--combine--or power unit it should fit. The 153 out of a 504 will not as it has an angular bell housing. Check out the archives by doing a search and you will see the photos of one I am doing now. I should finish it this weekend I hope and will post finished photos.

Nick, I notice that real often on here everything but the answer to the question asked in a post gets posted. Did you ever find out what swathers and combines have the C153 engine?
