Question for Tuesday, frame weights F 300-450

Don't remember seeing any with this foundry name before. Did IH have some made there?
Or if I remember correct someone was selling recasts in the early to mid nineties, could this be some?

I have some Rowe rear weights, I think they are all 1/2 weights. I also have 2 front slab weights for the -60 series that are from the Rowe foundry. I don't know when they were made.

I have a pair of those Rowe front weights for the 300, and a set of flat ones for the 560. I am having trouble finding the pics of it now but I'm pretty sure the weights were on the 300 when it was at the U.N. Tractor Test lab, I'm just almost positive we did not buy them later.
