H click noise in the transsmision

There is a clinking sound coming out of the transmission on my "H". Without tearing it down, what is a guess to what it is? I take on tractor rides and it isn't getting loader.

Just started or been there. I have a clicking /ticking in first gear in my 200 been there as long as I can remember. Think it is a chip in a gear or something

It has done it for as long as I have had it and does
it in neutral too.

If it does it in neutral then that means it could be in the countershaft, the input shaft or the constant mesh gears. It lets out the sliding gear shaft and the whole rearend. It could also be in the belly pump if you have one.
