A friend has a TD-7 dozer,4cyl. non turbo. When throttled up,blows oil out the oil filler and crank ventilator violantly. He overhauled it with new sleeve kits, does same thing.Any ideas whats causing this? Thanks

A broken or cracked cylinder head exhaust port will pressurize the crankcase. Over filling the crankcase, or if hydraulic oil or fuel is filling the case over full, the crank will whip the material and force it out the openings. Is it running on all 4? Jim

Yes,runs good, hits on all 4,and on the overhaul,he changed cylinder heads with a spare he had.Still has tremendous blowby.
