parts interchange 300 U vz 460 U etc

I am wondering how many common parts will interchange between the 300 series Utility and the 400 series Utility. I have a few 300 and 350's.
There are a few 400,440,460's in the hedge rows around. Brakes, front axle assembly, radiators, steering column(power or manual). What is the main difference in the series? Engine swaps?
IS the difference mainly a little more horsepower and different tin skin?
thanks

I not sure what models you are asking about, or what you have but USA IH models 300/350 Utility (International) evolved into 460 series, but not much will interchange, 4 cyl engines, then 6 in 460, different mostly in rear frame start from clutch housing. Hydraulics, Steering, brakes, hitch & lift. The 400/450 (no 440 that I ever knew about, 404 ? maybe) were all larger frame evolved from M/SuperM, 4cyl all, then 560/660 6 cyl engine.

There's way more different than just the engine and sheet metal.

Hydraulics for one thing are vastly different. On the 300/350 they are still an external add-on. With the 460, the live hydraulics were integrated into the transmission housing, using the transmission as a reservoir.

I'm sure some of the parts will interchange, but it is a lot of work tearing one or the other down, only to find out that it won't. Probably more productive to just wait on the correct part.
