Some complete carb kits I have seen come with jets. otherwise you might try McDonald Carburetor

You need to be much more specific. There is a low speed idle metering jet, a high speed idle metering jet, and a main metering stem. None of those are in the "back" of the carburetor. Basically, there is no front or back.

The complete kit includes the idle metering jet, as well as the main metering stem. The high speed idle metering jet is non-replaceable.
