Guys, What would a 79 1486 with 7300+ hours on a working tach be worth that has had the TA deleted? Everything else works including the AC. With Farmhand loader or without. Tractor values says $9800.00.

It would have to be extremely original to bring that here. I would say 5 to 6K at auction here.

one in my area for sale that i looked at last week. 79 model has TA and AC works for $12000 does not have a loader, it had 7700 hours. been looking at a few for the past year. for my area not a bad price but without the TA it would bring less money here.

Seems about right for here. I would rather have a 1466 though. Simpler easier to work on unit. No electrical dash and just easier to work on. If you ever wear a 1466 out they can be rebuilt easy enough.

Without the TA I would say around $7000. With a good functioning TA you would probably be in the ballpark at $9500 if it had good tires.
