I THOUGHT I knew where this disk was sitting in the weeds? :

Well I was intensely Bush Hogging this weekend and was mowing near the barn lot and "BAM!" My #37 disk is sitting in some high weeds awaiting repair/resto work and SWORE I knew EXACTLY where it was sitting!

It cut one lug off one of my old Good years and ALMOST got two more before I came to a complete halt ! They both have DEEP gashes .

Well,I know, A Dumb A$$ move on my part. (Figured as many time I act a SMART A$$ ,I should confess when I am a DUMB one.

)

Hey, that's a custom tire now...people pay good money for "cut" tires...

You aint the only one that has done it...When I was 10yrs old, Dad had just put new tires on the tractor and I misjudged how sharp I could turn that tractor and I clipped the disk and did the same thing. I knew for sure I was gonna get a lecture, but all dad said was that there were now special tires with re-engineered tread. We still get a laugh out of it today..
