Looking at the cult frame you have the pipe frame cult it is the B-236. If it had the solid bar frame it would be a B-238. If you want to have more details send e-mail as i do have a bunch of parts most of the units are there.

Thanks for the reply.

I can find the manual for the B-238 series but not the B-236. Does it matter? Is the necessary info there? Is there a better manual? Are they the same for different sized tractors?

Use the ampersand where needed... I would love to hear from you.

(quoted from post at 04:31:36 07/06/09) You have the B-99-100 Cult-planter unit. I have an original owners manual. Do you want to buy it?

I would love to have it, but can not justify paying collectors prices when a reprint is available. I plan to use my equipment...

From my perspective I'd have the original manual if available. But that's me. Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with Gene in any way.

Me too. I love the originals from the first printing. Nice crisp text that does not have the middles of some characters filling in... Nice clear pictures that are not full of mud. Then again I am a realist. I need the manual to help me run my equipment. I wish to make a reasonable profit for my farming. I will not spend excess money just to have a first edition unless it is necessary.

If I had my way... I would be getting the new tractor at the old prices... We know that ain't happening.

Thanks for posting your opinion.

Use the ampersand (@) where needed in place of <at>... I would love to hear from you. I need some parts and that manual plus advice.

Hi Gene,
I just found a Farmall B and will be using it to cultivate 15+ acres of row crops. I am looking for a set of cultivators. Do you have any or know where I can get a set?
I don't know a lot about the differences between the 221, 236, and 238 ...
I also am wondering if you know where I can get an exhaust lift?

Thanks
