td340 no first gear but will move in 2 until it gets

hi,
guys ,I hope you can help me.
I have a 1955 td340 it will not push in first gear at all,
but in number 2 it will go until it gets under a load , it will stop.
in number 3 it will go good under a load ,unless you try to go to
the right, in number 4 it will go fast and will turn a little,
can anyone help with this ,

and thanks for the reply,
in 3 an 4 the clutches pulls good and go's fast
I don't think it slipped,
what do you think,
