Looking at a Farmall A guy said it has a film of oil in radiator..is this something serious?..thanks

Usually an indication of a head gasket leaking at the passage where the rocker arm is fed oil up from a cam journal. A combustion gas detector kit used in the radiator will tell you if it is getting compression into the coolant. I fnone, I would flush out the cooling system with a flushing product, and refill with new. then watch for oil. Jim
