My 46 M has a jumpy clutch. I can not ease it out, it grabs and jumps on take off it will bottom the seat out when I take off. I don"t know anything about the age of the clutch. Thank you

My nickle is on Delta"s opinion.
Head down a road, stop and put it in 5th. From wide open, just let the clutch out slowly till it is going 15 or so. Stop and do it again. Test the feel of the clutch. If this does not make it better (it might smoke some) repeat every day once a day, till it gets better, or worse. Jim.
