weight of IH 2606 backhoe?

I spend a lot of time in the Ford N section, but I also have an old IH 2606 backhoe.

I'm trying to come up with a fairly decent guess as to what this machine weighs? its a 2606 "industrial" model, 6 cyl diesel with a front loader and a backhoe

just an educated guess, but its based on the 606. that one weighs about 5500 dry, and 8900 fully ballasted. with the loader and hoe, i'd guess you were around 12k to 14k lbs.

bumping this back up, anyone have any good solid numbers on weight?

I checked the manual for the tractor, and it says 4900 delivery weight, so im guessing around 5200 lbs for the tractor?

plus the loader and backhoe = ???

I forgot the exact model numbers on the loader/hoe, but i know they both were 3000 something.

is 10k a safe guess? I figure that gives me roughly 2.5 tons for all the add-ons to the tractor

ok guys bumping this back after more than a year.

I've still never got a semi-accurate weight for my trailer.

This is my guess:

tractor- 4900 delivery weight plus 500 for fluids= 5400
tires have no fluid, but the machine has front hanging weights. looks like they are about 100 lbs each, and my last guess said there was about 6-8 of them on my machine,

so lets say 6200 with weight

that leaves the loader and backhoe. any guess on the weight of these?

ok last night I grabbed the numbers off the machine

tractor- 2606 with hanging front weight
loader- IH 3000
Backhoe- IH 3140

I will try to get some pics this weekend if I can
