504 Hi Clear

Here is a 504 hi clear I bought the other day. I have been looking for a hi crop tractor to restore and when I saw this one I got it. It looks to be industrial yellow from the factory. I have been doing a little research, and on a post from 2009 I saw where Harold H sold three NEW yellow 504 hi clear tractors in the delta area. I am wondering if this is one of those tractors?

I never saw rear wheels like those before. Doesn't look like they
would have much flotation, but I am sure they work great for
whatever they were intended to do. Do you know what they are
designed for?

Those wheels are not original to the tractor. I am going to get rid of them and put the original rubber tires back on it. They are for draining water off of a field. They cut small trenches or furrows in the field.

Nice find! Sure don't see many 504HC photos. Most I've seen were Chisolm-Ryder tractors. Sure miss Harold H and all the wisdom he had on this board.
