460 International 'Heat-Houser'

I spoke this a.m. with Burch Manuf. Co. in Iowa as I did not see, under the 'International' link, the 460 listed. Referred to their distributor, the answer was the same; no listing. Does anyone have the 'Heat-Houser' brand on a 460 International and what model is it? With the dismal economy, an order is taken, manufactured, then shipped out; four to six weeks. Thanks in advance for any input.

I just looked at their listings. They're all "universal" heat housers.

Since they're universal, there is absolutely no reason you can't use one of theirs. They require minor modifications for ANY tractor you install them on.

I would get the USE-2 because the operator's platform for the 504 RC is very similar in size and layout to the 460 Utility. You might need to cut a clearance slot and hole in the side curtains for the steering mechanism. I would recommend sewing a hem around whatever you cut, if you know someone with a sewing machine.

They show a pic on their website of one on a massey utility
tractor, and literature says international farmall 460-560. My
mistake.

This probably won't do you any good, but...

If I'm reading an old catolog right, an IH 460 Utility gas or diesel uses:
Windbreaker, less windshield: PN. 999 650 R91
Windshield and side windows: PN. 999 698 R91
Heater top: PN. 999 659 R91
Rear curtain: PN. 999 658 R91

I doubt they're still available from CIH, but maybe someone has one laying around somewhere.
