Just wanted to warn tractor friends about a company called ON ROAD SUPPLIES (TRUCKING). I purchased Rust converter from them over the phone. They were almost like TIME SHARE salesmen. The product does work. I put the charge on my credit card thinking they were a reputable company!!! BIG MISTAKE. The product I ordered arrived and the charge was on my bill in November. I just got my next bill. There was another charge for more than double the first. All I could do is cancel my card and file a fraud claim. Now I pay the bill and wait to see if I get a refund.

As I said on the paint and bodywork forum, never pay if the wrong item is put on a credit card. Notify the credit card company, they will not make you pay unless you were wrong -- they will settle with the company. You will owe nothing if it is their fault.
 
You can dispute the charges without canceling your card, and while the charges are in dispute, you are not responsible for paying them or any interest that accrues on those charges.

Call the credit card company and they will send you a form that you need to fill out and mail in.

There is an outside chance that this could be an honest mistake. Of course if they're "hard sell" types, that gets hard to believe...
