What to do! Anti-freze in oil on 400

I began working on the 400 today. When I pulled the pan off I noticed antifreeze coming from between the sleeve and the block on the 3rd cylinder. Since they"re dry sleeves, does this mean I need to begin looking for a new block?
Also, I checked the clearance on the current .002 over rod bearings and measured .003, so I can keep using the same bearings....right?

I have found a lot of cracked blocks over the years in the old gas start switch to diesel's and it is always ontwo or three or both. They are stress cracks . Ya don't need a new block ya just need to fix the one you have and to do this you have the affected hole bored out oversized and have a REPAIR sleeve pressed in and re bored to accept the stock sleeve she is then heeled since it has stress relieved it's self .

I agree with the tractor vet. That is the right way to fix it.

I've got a 400 doing the same thing, I've just been loosening the drain plug and draining the antifreeze before using. When you find out what it costs to repair I would like to know as well. I would like to fix mine.
