Was out plowing today and I stalled it. Tried to re crank and It made a bang and now no starter action at all. Trying to narrow it down, so I jumped across the solenoid and it click very lightly but no turn. Any ideas

Solenoid you must have changed someting as they didnt have one. Your Bendix mite just have broke pull the starter and check.

Put it in 4th gear shut off and rock it back and forth by hand. Sometimes the bendix will wedge in against the ring gear. If this doesn't help, pull the starter off and inspect. If all looks good, reinstall and try again.

Do as Jim suggested and check your battery using a hydrometer and record the readings and if one cell reads 1.100 you have dead cell. Hal

Starter is real easy to remove. Less than 5 minutes. Unhook the ground cable to the battery. Disconnect the battery cable from the starter. Undo two bolts. Slide starter out.

When you get the starter out it may be VERY obvious what the problem is.

Once you've done that, try to crank the engine by hand just to see if it is free. If the engine won't crank over by hand (transmission in NEUTRAL) you got big problems. Time to drop the oil pan and pull the valve cover, and possibly the head.

Made a bang that maybe a few things. A weak battery can cause that and that bang was the starter bendex jamming in the ring gear. So now you may have 2 problems. #1 low battery that needs charged and a locked up starter. I would loosen the starter bolts and or take them out and make sure the starter is not broken or locked up and also check the battery. If both are good check all battery cable connections

Took the starter off and the bendix was stuck forward. got it free and reinstalled. Still nothing. I got a small click out of the solenoid but nothing else. Tried jumping straight to starter and nothing. just an arc and no spin. I am think the brushes might be gone

Had similar situation, sorta similar, turned out the alternator hadnot been charging, the battery had gone dead.
