this may be not smartest question ever asked ,but i"m not that good with the red ones ..so my question is..how can I tell if my 706 ever had ta or had a ta delete..I have a hole in the hood where there could have been the ta lever, but no sign of where there may have been a lever mounted to anything under the hood and no sign of linkage ever hooked to anything.

I think there should be some letters in the serial # that are codes for the options it was equipped with from factory.

Thanks SD.Pete for your reply... Guess I agree that it may have never had one... wondered why there is a hole in the hood for the ta lever..maybe there was some kind of plug to cover the hole up...guess I just don't know... thanks again.

A T/A delete tractor has a different MCV then one with a T/A as there is no dump valve or linkage and no spool valve on the top ft of the valve .
