Pair of non running 1066s

I was at an auction a couple weeks ago with a pair of non running 1066s. They went for over a little over $6k each.

Probably the same auction. I know it was in MN. That is a far cry from the $1-2000 the forum would have spent on them.

Thats about what I thought they would bring. They did not appear to be in that bad of shape in the picture (not compared to the one I bought anyway).

Majority of the forum members are cheap to fork any cash out to save these tractors. I'm not afraid to spend the cash, if it means I possibly save one from being parted out or sent to the refinery.

Yeah, I don't know where some of these guys come up with their numbers.

Plus they claim they can actually BUY tractors at those prices!

Even better they claim DEALERS will sell at those prices.

Where is this fantasy world? I want to move there.
