There's no cross-reference parts book, and no need for one. Any decent bearing/seal supplier can cross-reference using the original part number off the bearing or seal. Even NAPA can do it.
The parts books for most IH equipment, including your H, are online at partstore.caseih.com. There's even a smartphone app. If the seal on your tractor has had the part number worn off you can look it up there.
Take the list of numbers, and the seals if you can, to the place where you intend on buying the seals from.
For larger hard parts, try to find the local tractor salvage yard. IH made 390,000 Farmall H's, more than any other IH tractor ever. Parts are plentiful and should be relatively inexpensive.
