400 hydraulic filter screen

does anyone know any sources for a new filter screen for the hydraulics other than the case/ih dealer, they want about 70 bucks for it if they have it. thanks

For what it's worth, I'm considering installing an aftermarket hydraulic filter on my 450. It will not take the place of the screen that came on it, but it will certainly enhance the life expectancy of the system! And the screen is one that you could "rig" with a little ingenuity and time, if you wanted to save a few bucks. Just sayin', Hugh

I got one for my 400 from Hoober Located in Delaware. $65 + shipping. They are on the internet and you can order on line.
