farmall 130 hydraulics

bought a 130, hydraulic lift does not work., pulled unit and took apart. there seems to be a metal plug missing. bottom right there is a plug, bottom left there is not a plug (near the spring that sticks out of the block). should there be one?

i do not know how to add arrows and such. sorry

First thing is the pump as it makes the pressure not the rockshaft assy. If the pump is shot no way will the hy system work. Better remove it and check it out. Were you getting any pressure to the rockshaft assy there is a plug to put a guage there to see if the pump is delivering pressure.
