I ran out of daylight last night to work on the H since I was catching up on some things that had to be done before the rain came. Today I pulled the pan, the pickup was clean so I removed it and installed it on a pump from a parts tractor that had a squashed pickup. I put that pump on the tractor and put the pan back on and the oil back in and started it up and had a nice steady 40 psi, not great but not at all bad. I took the cover off the pump and could see where the gears had worn into the cover, I will try to fix it sometime to be another spare. I do not know the internal condition of the pump I put on but it seems to be better, at least somewhat. Thank you all very much, I am very grateful for all of the advice.
