I need new front tires....perferably 3 rib...for my 706 gasser. The current worn out ones are 7.60 x 15 What would the "new" equavalent tire size be for the appromixate same size. And, what size do you guys recommend??
Thanks, Cmore

7.50x15 is still a good/current size.your tire shop will have no trouble in getting them.He may even have them in stock!

Could be a typo? 7.60-15, or 7.50-16, or 7.50-15, or 7.60-16?

Anyway the modern size would be 7.50-15 or 7.50-16 depending on the rim size. Very common size. They have 7.50-15 tri-ribs right on the shelf at Tractor Supply.

There's no point to buying tires on the Internet unless the seller is local to you. Shipping charges will kill any money you saved on the tires. Go to a local tire shop.

I think that 7.60-15 is available in an implement rib, grain drill type 2-rib, and maybe a ground-driven implement pattern. I don't know about a 3-rib front tractor pattern.

7.50-15 is a popular forklift/industrial tire size. I don't know about ag patterns.

7.5L-15 is available in a 3-rib front tractor pattern.
There were 2-rib fronts available years ago. I don't know if those are still available, or if a 4-rib is available.

7.50-16 is available in a 3-rib and 4-rib front tractor.
