Bosch injector pump

I've got an 826 with a Bosch injector pump that needs rebuilt. I've been told locally that these pumps are obsolete and almost impossible to get parts for. Is this true or is there someplace that rebuilds them reasonably. BTW I'm in north AR.
 
Hi, there is a member of this board that goes by the
handle of Dieseltech. He is very knowledgeable on
the Bosch injection pumps. I believe the seals are
still available it is the mechanical parts that are
difficult to find.

What kind of trouble are you having? Pump can be resealed if it has leaks as kits are still available, but that's about it. If it starts hard hot, then head may be bad. AR and BR style pumps have angled line outlets, while later replacement CR version has straight outlets. All are hydraulic governed, and parts are hard to find, if at all. They will last well with good filter care, and NO water in fuel.
 
Scheid Diesel in Lafayette, IN just rebuilt a Bosch pump for our 706 w 310 engine. Kind of expensive, especially since they had just rebuilt it a couple years ago & all the tractor does is run the bean auger in the fall

Thanks for the reply. It's leaking around the throttle linkage. and it seems to loose power and surges after it gets warm. No problem with hot starting This one has the straight lines out the rear of the pump. The tractor has a lot of hours on it, the tach has been broken for several years and shows over 9000 hours. I've had the tractor over 20 years and have never had the pump off
