IH Farmall 200 hydraulics problem

The hydraulics on my IH Farmall 200 2pt fast hitch lifts as fast as you'd want, but lets down painfully slow. I was wanting to know if that was normal or not, and if there's anything I can do to fix it if it's NOT normal. Thanks!

There is a restricter in the line so the implement doesent drop fast going down.

I know on the Super C, the hyd block under and in front of the seat will stick and do what yours is doing. That was a disassemble and clean thing.

Also the original hydraulic oil used in the 200 was not Hi Tran but about the weight of power steering fluid. If you are using Hi Tran it will slow things down.
