Are there any companies that offer quality ROPS
attachments for older tractors? I have a Super c
that I use several hours a week and the wife is
concerned because there have been three roll-overs
(with deaths) in my home state of Mn this year so
far. I don't really want to look at making
something myself, and would like something that
looks decent. Fabrication shops are always an
option, I guess.

Just looking for ideas/opinions.

I was looking for one for my H, and no luck. I am going to build one with the help of a structural engineer friend.

I know they make them for larger tractors like the 706, 1066.. But in order for one to work, you also have to have a seat belt. Otherwise when it starts rolling you fall off and still get crushed...

I would "shop around" the newer models at dealerships and see if you can find anything close that might work.
I don't know of anyone currently who makes one specifically for a Farmall.
I have heard they were a factory option toward the end of the Farmall 140 production.
Perhaps a dealer like Carter & Gruenwald who specializes in the older Farmalls might be of some help.
Contact Bermuda Ken on this site, he may know of a direction to go on this one.
