regular piston part 2

well I had to pull the head off. the piston was pushed so far up that it bent it. so I have a sleeve how hard is it to put in? thanks

it's not hard to put in, it's getting the old one out that is usually the problem. Most of them that I have pulled have been really stuck .

Doug,find someone with a good sleeve puller,they clean up and go in easy,Its not a bad job.

Get a large chunk of oak block bigger than the sleeve, stick it up under the sleeve through the oil pan, and then whack it with a big hammer. They almost always pop out that way as they are wet sleeves.
