'44 H used for parades and occasional driving around. What would be the best spark plug to use?

Autolite 386, or 3116

I run 386 in my H, it has a distributor.

I looked into this a few years ago, don"t remember all the advice I got, bot some of it was to run Autolite 378"s. Couldn"t find them, and for some reason I have Autolite 388"s in my "H". I wonder which is hotter, 388 or 386 or 378?? Or what is the difference????
