My B414 diesel is leaking fuel out of the top of the injection pump by the shut off valve, It has 2 bolts tired together. Can an old man like me take the top off without the injector coming apart all over the place? If I can will someone Please give me a diagram of what is under there and how to go about putting in o rings (I think) and where can I get them? Please help an 81 yr. old . Thanks

First of all it can be done at home. First rule of anything to do with pumps is it's got to be clean. There are two o-rings on each of those (throttle and stop) shafts, you'll also need a gasket to replace the one under the pump cover. If I remember correctly there is a spring that has to be disconnect as you lift the cover off, hopefully someone else can chime in with a picture. Good luck, Sam

Drawings are in the fuel pump service manual.!! I sell copies as a pdf document and supply them as a download, and collect payment through PayPal.

You could have a copy by this evening !!! Send me an e mail for further details!!
