Deutz allis 5230 tractor the loader lift arms have no power.
The bucket has plenty of power though
I have replaced the pump with no difference.
It ha a Cessna control valve for the arms and bucket.
I have disassembled the valve and see no excessive wear on the spool.
I am at a loss here any help would be appreciated

Very slowly also if I try to move the bucket when raising the arms they will stop or even start to fall

could be a couple of things from what you describe, are your hoses long enough to switch them from the bucket side to the loader side of the valves,if so change them and see if the problem moves to the bucket if so check the valve spool for proper travel,if travel is correct the valve could have internal damage which is uncommon,if switching valves has the same results as before then one or both lift cylinders is leaking internally a common problem, most of the time it is piston sealing rings damaged or worn out,but pistons will crack, cylinders will score ect. neighbor had the valves repaired on his mf industrial tractor it done the same thing yours is doing, the shop that built the loader spool up didn't machine the end groove back to it's original size was the problem
