Bottom Oil Cup on B Air Cleaner

Does the bottom oil cup on an air cleaner for a B screw off or just slide off? I am looking to change the oil in it. I removed the clamp, but there is some rust and I wanted to check whether the cup screws off or not before I figure out which tool to use to remove it. Thanks!

If it is the standard air cleaner the bottom should just slide off after the clamp is loosened. Should be able to pry it off with a screw driver.
