That, to me, is a very unusual and cool piece of old equipment. I have not seen one before, but that is not saying much! What size is the engine?

it is supposed to be a Continental (Cub motor) this
has been changed over to a Hercules flat head 4 cyl
I hope to be changing it back

Cub tractors never used a Continental motor. The Cub always used an IH C-60 engine. The Continental Y-69 was used in some IH power units and on some balers till the C-60 came around (1947), but I don't think this was a Y-69 power unit either, it's too short front to back and has the wrong gas tank.

The IH sheet metsl was probably hacked onto it the same time the engine was changed.

The sheet metal is correct I have found that it is
a Hobart Streamliner
