I use to have a set of 2-3 pt adapters that worked pretty good. They were a FH prong that had the 3pt sockets turned up to give extra lift, aproblem with many adapters. The sockets also had a pin that let them pivot out / in to help in hooking up or unhooking from the implement. The problem they used a top link & plate. On a SMTA there's no place the bolt the top link plate to the tractor unless you could make something for it to attach to.
I used them on a 806D w/FH. Prior to them I had one of the upside down U adapters. It didn't allow for accurate adjustment to the pitch of the implement front to back. Plus the 8 was too much tractor for it & I broke the hooks that clamped around the lower 3 pt pins on the implement several times.
I put a CAT II quick hitch on the prong type adapters. With it it was like having a factory 3 pt hitch. I use to have pics on them but deleted the pics last winter.
