I am an Oliver/Case guy, but I just bought a nice Little Genius single 16" bottom trip plow. I will try and post pics tonight if anyone wants to see it. First single bottom trip plow I've ran across. Maybe you guys can tell me a little about it. Going to give my Oliver 60 something to do.

It may actually be a Little WONDER plow, not a Genius.

I don't know if this counts on the 1-bottom versions or not, but the main tell of a Little Genius is the tailwheel. A Little Wonder has a fixed tailwheel that comes off the ground when the plow is lifted. A Little Genius's tailwheel actually lifts the back end of the plow out of the ground.

What would you like to know about your plow? It's a 1-bottom, 16" cut. I suspect you already knew that, though :)

Originally made by P&O, then later by IH. Little Geniuses were manufactured from the 1920's until about 1960.

Wear parts are kind of hit and miss. There used to be a company that made parts but went out of business, but the inventory and tooling was recently purchased by an Amish outfit called White Horse Machine in Gap, PA.
